Here is a sum of our tournament rules, please view the document to see the full rules in #rules-and-info:

Conduct

• Please do not play competitive games in between the tournament games unless you are willing to ff
• Disqualification timer will be enabled, not showing up on time because you are in an online match is a disqualification at your own expense
• All teams must follow the bracket setup or else that team will be disqualified
• The roster for each team will be listed in 'Attendees' on smash.gg
• In order for teams to use a substitute, the team must be registered with the substitute
• Each player is expected to play with personal integrity, honesty, and good sportsmanship

Smash.gg notes

• Every player needs a smash.gg account to register (Only requires email to create an account)

• Steam (for steam players) and discord will have to be linked to your account (THIS IS NOT A SCAM)

• One player registers their entire team

• All team members must accept through email

• Registration concludes 30 minutes prior to tournament start time

• 15 minute check-in timer

• One player from both teams must check in for each round on smash.gg

• ORANGE TEAM IS AUTOMATICALLY HOST

• One of the players from orange team must create a private match using the lobby information given by smash.gg

• Team that created the lobby is automatically orange team

• Start the private match when both teams are ready

• If teams used smash.gg's info to create lobby, once all players leave the lobby, scores should automatically update

• If there was an issue with the auto score update, players may report scores onto the website manually

We do not promote toxic activity: no sabotage, insulting or trolling will be tolerated

Winners Bracket: All games are best of three until winners finals Winners finals is best of five

Losers Bracket: All games until semi finals are best of one Losers semi finals are best of three Losers finals are best of three

Grand Finals: Best of Five No Bracket Reset, team from winners has one game advantage

After one minute of play time, the game must be played. Each lobby must start with full lobbies (All teammates being on the pitch to begin their game)

Signup

• Have a team captain, someone who directly contact for communications with the team
• Have a sub prepared in case one of the players may have to leave mid-tournament

Participation

• Show up 10-15 minutes before tournament start time
• One player from both teams must check in for each round on smash.gg
• One of the players should create a private match using the lobby information given by smash.gg
• Team that created the lobby is automatically orange team
• Start private match when both teams are ready
