Connecting to matches:

• Round times are located on the tournament bracket and once a round starts the players have 10 min to connect to each other. If the match has not started by 10 min after the designated time the player present gets the W

Disconnections:

• Matches will only be replayed if the rounds are even in the event of a disconnect (that is either on round 1 or round 3 only) - this is to prevent pulling cables and to prevent penalizing the disconnected player because the player with better connection gets booted out for slight interference in KOTHs

Load shedding or network related interruptions:

• Load shedding cannot be controlled, so even though we hope players made appropriate arrangements, in the case of a player having a power cut the player effected will be given 15 minutes to relocate to a more advantageous location, and the match will be replayed immediately after, if the tournament cannot he continued without that match being played it will result in an automatic drop to the losers bracket or elimination should they already be in losers. For network related errors, 5-10 minutes will be the maximum given for alternative measures to be taken.
