Danger Room would be such an amazing opportunity for a little known player like myself. I've been relatively underneath the national scene but working very hard in my local scene of Massachusetts.

I started of as a average competitor looking to just play more. After getting a taste of offline competition, my drive to get better has never faltered. I grinded regularly and felt pretty proud when I was finally able to go head to head with some of MA's finest when used to always get bodied by them.

As of late, I've been working with LuckyD (of Street Fighter fame) to keep the MA/New England Marvel scene alive. I act as the UMvC3 TO and general cheerleader of the players here to make sure they feel accepted into the scene, encouraging (but usually hassling) them to compete in brackets, and taking time to teach the new guys.

I've lately taken a liking to creating informative videos to teach struggling players how to up their game (like the one linked). I plan to continue to produce more videos so that the barrier of entry to UMvC3 doesn't feel so hard and scary.

With a Danger Room nomination, I aim to take in a lot of information from players league's above me so that I can bring it back to my scene and elevate them and also continue to produce new content. With a nomination, I can get quality practice with some of them best so that I can finally break my 9th place curse (two 9th place finishes at consecutive Defend The Norths).

With a Danger Room nomination, I plan on being completely humbled that people will put faith in a newcomer to bring the hype and elevate the scene!
