Venue Fee

In this case, a setup refers to: 
-A Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
-a Nintendo Switch Dock, 
-The accompanying power cable/hdmi cable. 

We will provide our own safety mechanisms for consoles. But if people wish to bring their own we can accept using those too.

If you bring a setup, you will be given a voucher for a free drink at the venue. Bringing TV's are not required, but bringing them may provide the event with extra friendly setups.

This does not hinder your attendance at the event, however we strongly recommend that anyone under the age of 15 brings a supervisor or guardian to look after them at the event.

If you are under 18, you are allowed bring one parent or guardian into the event with you and they will not have to pay. **YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING A PARENT/GUARDIAN**
