Match Procedure The following steps outline the process of playing a Match.

1. Players select their sides.

• Players select their characters.
• The Players play the first Game of the Match.
• If a Mercy is performed, the Game outcome is delayed and the result afterwards are then official.
• The losing Player of the preceding Game may choose to change characters.
• The next Game is played.
• Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all subsequent Games until the Match is complete.

DLC Characters

• All characters already publicly released may be selected for Matches. If a new character is released, that character may only be selected if it is available at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Tournament.

Unless otherwise noted, all game prize pools will be paid out as followed:

Tournaments with 127 competitors or less will pay out to the top 3.

• 1st Place – 60%
• 2nd Place – 25%
• 3rd Place – 15%

Tournament with 128 competitors or more will pay out to the Top 8.

• 1st Place – 50%
• 2nd Place – 20%
• 3rd Place – 13%
• 4th Place – 7%
• 5th Place (tie) – 3%
• 7th Place (tie) – 2%
