This allows you full access to the Grid on the day of the tournament, and you can play all you like. Without this, you are allowed to spectate, but not play.

If a player brings another player who has NEVER entered a Great Value Smash event before *OR* brings a full setup, that player will receive a $3 venue discount. 

*In order to be eligible, the new player must at least register for one event OR the setup must include a CRT TV with minimal lag, as well as one of the following: a Nintendo Wii system, with a working copy of Project M, running either a vanilla version of 3.6 OR the GVS Build of 3.6.*
