2 bans. DSR.

Stage striking for game 1 is done in the format a-b-b-a, with the remaining stage being played on for game The first ban will be decided via rock paper scissors, with the winning player getting to choose to ban first or second. For all subsequent games the stage is selected first and the characters second, with the winning player of the previous game choosing their character before the losing player.

A player may not intentionally wait or stall to choose their character in order to see who their opponent is playing game 1. Doing this will result in a game loss.

Any stage may be played upon as long as both players agree to it. Any omega or battlefield form of a stage may be substituted for FD/BF respectively on as a counterpick if wished so by the counterpicking player In the event of a timeout the winner will be first determined by stocks, then percentage. If these are both identical a 1 stock 3-minute game on the same stage with the same characters will be played, with the winner being considered the winner of the previous game. This same process will be followed if both players lose their final stock at the same time.

All controllers are allowed, although the turbo functionality may not be activated on any controller with turbo mode.

In case of a restart due to incorrectly entered controls the opposing player has the option to choose whether the match starts with a) 3 stocks and 0% damage on both players or b) however many stocks said players had plus half their current damage ex 3 stock 50% and 2 stock 100% could be restarted as 3 stock 25% 2 stock 50%.

If someone does not start their match within 10 minutes of being called and their match is the only available match for their round they will be disqualified. Exceptions will be made for players actively participating in another game.

In the event of a pause, the opposing player has the option to make the pausing player forfeit a stock. This does not apply if the pause is done with good reason (at the disgresion of the T.O.). If a pause is made while at least 1 person is currently dead and not on the respawn platform yet while the opposing player is not in a situation that could cause them to lose a stock a stock request must first be confirmed with a T.O.

You may not scream or otherwise attempt to distract another player with out of the game methods. Doing so will result in disqualification.

Warmups are not to exceed 30 seconds.

Upon completion of a set it is the winning player's responsibility to report the score to the T.O.

Mid-set coaching is banned during main bracket.

If both players wish to use the same skin for the same character in a match the person allowed to wear the skin will be decided by rock-paper-scissors.

The screenshot functionality may not be activated outside of freeze frame or pause at the penalty of a stock loss.

In the event of an opponent losing their final stock before a player can S.D. as a penalty the penalty will take precedent. (Ex: if someone pauses on their last stock they lose the game regardless of the victory screen)

All characters must be available on every tournament setup
