7 - Force Majeure
1 - Regions Players in the qualifier must play from within the region of the qualifier.
North America: Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, and United States (including Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands).
Europe: Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (except individuals located in Crimea), San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine (except individuals located in Crimea), United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Server locations: Europe (Default) & North America (US-East (Default), US-West (Upon agreement))
2 - Tournament Format Double Elimination All matches in this tournament will be played as best of five except for the upper bracket final and the lower bracket final, which will be best of 7. The result of each Best of 7 upper bracket final and lower bracket final will determine a qualified team for WSOE 4: Rocket League.
3 - Game Settings Each game must be created using the following settings: Game mode: Soccar Arena: MANNFIELD(NIGHT) Team size: 3v3 Bot difficulty: No bots Team settings: Leave as default Mutator settings: Leave as default Region: Must be set based on the tournament region (See Section 1 - regions for default locations for NA and EU) Joinable by: Name/Password
All players must be using the latest version of Rocket League.
All games must be played on the MANNFIELD(NIGHT) unless specified otherwise by an Admin.
No observers/spectators are allowed in the game unless specified by an admin.
4 - Match procedure
4.1 - Before the match The Lobby should be created as specified in 3, with a unique name and password
The game must not be started until all the players that are present and ready to play have joined the IN GAME LOBBY.
All players have 10 minutes from the creation of the match room to create and join their respective games. Failure to join will result in disqualification.
4.2 - During the match If you have any issues during the match, please contact our Admin Team If a player disconnects during a game, the game must continue. The disconnected player/s may reconnect at any point during the current game or any following games in the match.
4.3 - After the match At the end of every map, teams will submit their result. The winning team is also asked to keep screenshots of every victory as they might be requested by the tournament admins if any disputes arise.

4.4 - Match Issues Between games in a series (Bo5 and Bo7), the lobby may be rehosted a maximum of once per team in order to fix connection issues. A game that has already started may not be rehosted until after it ends. Before rehosting the game, please make sure to contact an Admin and inform them.
If a player disconnects during a game, the game must continue. The disconnected player/s may reconnect at any point during the current game or any following games in the match.
In the event of a bug or glitch that affects gameplay, the full match should be played out. Evidence of the bug should be reported to an admin. If the bug is confirmed and is a well-known bug, the match may be replayed.
5 - Rules and Violations
5.1 - Forbidden in-game actions The following actions are strictly prohibited during a game and can result in your account being suspended: Any form of external script is forbidden. Using bugs which change the game principle are illegal. All 3rd party software that isn't allowed by the game publisher and that can give an unfair advantage to a player or team are classed as cheating. Players may not compete using guest accounts, all participants must have a full copy of the game.
5.2 - Sanctions Issues during a match from the beginning of the match to the end must be reported to an admin and the appropriate evidence need to be provided.
A player may be cautioned and receive a ban if he commits any of the following offences:
- Shows dissent by word or action towards other players.
- Uses insulting language and/or gestures towards other players.
- Is guilty of unsporting behaviour in a match.
- Mislead or dupe any Live Support Admins
Admins decisions are irrevocable and should be executed without delay.
6 - Other
6.1 - Stand-ins Stand-ins are not allowed in the tournament unless stated otherwise. Teams can register with teams of 3 or 4 players. At least 2/3rds of the qualified roster must play at the live final.
6.2 - Party/Team names Please fill in your team name accordingly. Team Names/Avatars should not contain any offensive or racist content. If you come across a player/team breaking this rule then please report with relevant evidence (Screenshot/Recording) so action can be taken against the player/team in question. Team captains ignoring this rule may be banned from the platform.
6.3 - Ingame Name/Avatars Ingame Names/Avatars are at the responsibility of the players. ESP has no control nor responsibility over Ingame Names and Avatars of players nor teams.
7 - Force Majeure
Tournament Administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Tournament or any part thereof if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Tournament is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or other causes have destroyed, corrupted or undermined the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper play or feasibility of the Tournament or any portion thereof as contemplated herein. In the event Tournament Administration is prevented from continuing with the Tournament by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Tournament Organizers’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Tournament Administration shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Tournament.
The Tournament Organizers, in their sole discretion, may require the replaying of any Game or Match, or declare any Game or Match or other phase of the Tournament null and void by reason of any of the foregoing. In the event the Tournament Organizers determine, in their sole discretion, that any individual Game or Match or other phase of the Tournament, has been tampered with or that the validity of any Game, Match or other phase of the Tournament has been compromised for any reason, it may eliminate that Game, Match or other phase of the Tournament, and may conduct the Tournament on the basis of the remaining Game, Match and/or other phases of the Tournament.
