Featuring both Ultimate & Melee, Regen 2019 will be held on April 27-28th 2019 at thestudio in Birmingham City Centre.

In 2018, we put on multiple events and solidified ourselves as the premier Smash Wii U TO team in the Midlands. For 2019, we've decided to go all in and host our biggest event yet! We want to produce the best dual game event to ever grace the UK, and we believe Regen 2019 will be that event.

Why should you attend?

  • Venue - We'll be using the fantastic, spacious, multi-floor venue 'thestudio' for Regen 2019. This will be one of the largest venues ever used in the history of UK Smash. Both games will get their own designated floors with additional rooms to maximise the space available! Other features include; on-site bar, smoking terrace, friendlies area, free wi-fi, free coffee, disabled access, cloak room and much more!
  • Travel - Birmingham has excellent travel links that make it one of most accessible places via train, coach and plane in the UK! The venue also being city centre based means extra costs on buses/taxis aren't required, as it is a minutes walk from New Street Station!
  • Accommodation - Cheap accommodation located nearby within walking distance, with local housing available!
  • Organisers - Team Regen consists of dedicated TO's that have several years worth of experience and strive to deliver events that are worth every penny. We've also recruited Team Pear to ensure Melee is run as smoothly as possible!
  • Tournaments - We'll be running Round Robin pools for the Singles tournament with the Top 2 qualifying for Pro Bracket. The rest who are unsuccessful will be able to compete in the Smash Ladder! Best of 3 will be used for Pools, Smash Ladder and Pro Bracket until Top 32 when it'll become Best of 5.
  • Competitor - Featuring players from across the UK! Trophies, medals and other prizes for the winners!
  • Spectator - Ample setups for friendlies, multiple projectors/large TV's used to broadcast tournament games throughout the day with large seating area and quality livestreams provided by Team Regen & PhoenixSmash!
