I desire to participate and/or appear in the RLO Masters to be held on 8/10/2020 through 3/11/2020. In requesting to do so, I hereby agree grant Psyonix LLC, its affiliates, parent, agents, employees, successors and RL Oceania the irrevocable right to videotape, film, photograph and portray me and my actions and record my voice conversations and other sound effects I make during the tournament.

Additionally, I hereby agree for the use of including (username, avatar, gamertag or equivalent), image, likeness, and biography in Capture Content, in the connection with distributions, broadcast or display of the Footage, Tournament Events, Tournament play, or materials made therefrom or the distribution, advertising , promotion or any commercial exploitation of the materials, in any and all media and/or languages. I acknowledge I have no ownership or interest in the Materials, and if I do have any rights thereto, I hereby waive and/or grant such rights to Psyonix.
